Apply Off-Line for Review by the Commissioner

As well as applying on-line for the Information Commissioner to review a decision made by a public body, you can apply by post. Simply put your request in writing and send it to:

You must enclose the relevant fee if one is payable. If you do not enclose the fee we cannot accept your request. Please pay by cheque or postal order. Do not enclose cash.
