General Queries Dealt

There were 1,100 general queries made to the Office during 2008, of which 8 were made in person, 269 were made in writing, and 823 were made by telephone. These general queries do not relate to any particular review and typically involve requests for information about my Office or about the operation of the FOI Act, as well as matters outside of my remit as Information Commissioner.
