Foreword
I hereby submit my sixth Annual Report as Information Commissioner (the eleventh Annual Report of the Information Commissioner since the establishment of the Office in 1998) to the Dáil and Seanad pursuant to section 40(1)(c) of the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003.
