Carry Out Investigations
The FOI Acts provide that the Commissioner shall keep the operation of the Acts under review. She may, at any time, carry out an investigation into the FOI practices and procedures of public bodies generally, or of particular public bodies.
The Acts provide that the Commissioner may prepare a report on such investigations.
