Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005 (SI 279 of 2005)
The Office of the Information Commissioner complies with the above Regulations which transpose Directive 2003/98/EC into Irish law. The Directive sets out a harmonised framework within which public sector information from across the EU can be accessed and re-used.
Re-use of information includes copying, issuing copies to the public, publishing, broadcasting and translating into other languages. It also covers non-commercial research and study.
The information published on this website is the copyright of the Office of the Information Commissioner unless otherwise stated. The information on this website may be re-used in any format, without application and free of charge.
