Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005 (SI 279 of 2005)

The Office of the Information Commissioner complies with the above Regulations which transpose Directive 2003/98/EC into Irish law.  The Directive sets out a harmonised framework within which public sector information from across the EU can be accessed and re-used. 

Re-use of information includes copying, issuing copies to the public, publishing, broadcasting and translating into other languages. It also covers non-commercial research and study.
