The FOI Act provides that all public bodies, including the Office of the Information Commissioner, must publish certain information; in this section you will find the Section 15 publication which describes the structure, organisation and records held and the Section 16 publication which contains the rules, practices, procedures, guidelines and interpretations used by the Office.
